Traditional primary care doctors manage 2,000+ patients. We keep our panel small intentionally — so your provider knows you, has time for you, and is reachable when you need them.

Same-week appointments with our Physician Assistant. Same concierge philosophy, same access model, lower monthly cost. $130/month.
