Same-week appointments with our Physician Assistant. Same concierge philosophy, same access model, lower monthly cost. $130/month.

No copays. Longer appointments. In-office lab draws for most routine tests. Transparent pricing before any extra fees. Direct communication access during business hours (Essentials) or 24/7 nights & weekends (Concierge MD).
