Essentials with Jennifer offers same-week appointments and direct access during business hours. The MD Concierge tier with Dr. Wobbekind offers same-day or next-day appointments and 24/7 physician access — and is currently at capacity. Both tiers include no copays and comprehensive primary care.
Physician assistants are fully licensed to diagnose, treat, and prescribe. Jennifer practices alongside Dr. Wobbekind with physician oversight. For the vast majority of primary care needs, you'll receive the same quality of care — and physician-level input is right there when it's needed.
No. The membership covers all primary care with Jennifer. You'll still want insurance or a cost-sharing plan for hospitalizations, specialist care, and imaging. Think of this as replacing your primary care costs — not your full safety net.
Everything in primary care: visits, preventive care, chronic disease management, women's health, medication management, telehealth, lab reviews, and direct access to Jennifer during business hours. No per-visit fees. The only things not included are specialist referrals, hospitalization, and imaging outside our office.
Yes — a 12-month commitment is required. After the first year, the membership renews on a rolling monthly basis.
